Shocks & Struts
Struts and shocks can cause rough ride, longer braking distance and poor handling. They are gas charged and most times you can't tell visually if they are bad. Usually you can tell after going over a speed bump and you hear tire travel. The strut or shocks job is to push down on the tire to connect with the road after a bump, so when worn you can hear the travel. They are sealed with an ounce of oil to keep the seals good so sometimes you will see light oil seepage after the gas is gone. On average they are suggested for replacement every 60,000 miles. There are so many models we have to price individualy for each one, so call for a quote. (916) 635-7089
